These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Gladyce AI ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our platform you agree to these Terms.
Gladyce AI is an AI-powered invoice processing platform that integrates with Autodesk ACC to automate invoice data extraction, cost code matching, and submission. Access requires a valid Autodesk ACC account. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for Autodesk ACC, Inc.
You authenticate via Autodesk ACC OAuth. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of any company you connect through Autodesk ACC.
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. Except as required by law, all sales are final and no refunds are issued for partial billing cycles.
Free accounts include a limited number of invoice processing credits per month. Paid plans include a defined monthly credit allowance based on your tier. Credits do not roll over. If you reach your limit, processing is paused until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.
Account holders on paid plans (the "Primary Account Holder") may add team members who share the account's monthly credit pool.
You may not use Gladyce AI to process fraudulent invoices, circumvent Autodesk ACC's terms of service, reverse-engineer or scrape our platform, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Gladyce AI uses artificial intelligence to extract and match invoice data. While we strive for high accuracy, AI-generated outputs may contain errors ("hallucinations"), including incorrect amounts, vendor names, or cost code assignments.
Our service relies on the availability of the Autodesk ACC API. We are not responsible for any downtime, data loss, failed submissions, or errors caused by Autodesk ACC's platform, API changes, or infrastructure limitations. If Autodesk ACC modifies or discontinues API functionality that affects our service, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to adapt but cannot guarantee continuity of specific features.
We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain high availability and minimize unplanned downtime. For planned maintenance that may affect access during business hours, we will provide at least 24 hours advance notice by email or in-app notification. We may modify or discontinue features at any time and will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.
Gladyce AI and its underlying technology are owned by us. You retain ownership of all invoice data and documents you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service. We do not use your uploaded invoice data to train or improve our underlying AI models.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay amounts owed. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease. You will have 30 days from the date of termination to request a copy of your invoice data. After that period, your data may be permanently deleted, subject to our retention obligations described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gladyce AI and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the service in violation of these Terms; (b) your submission of fraudulent, inaccurate, or unauthorized invoices through the platform; or (c) any dispute between you and a third party (including subcontractors, vendors, or clients) arising from invoices processed using Gladyce AI.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gladyce AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Gladyce AI collects, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
When you sign in with Autodesk ACC we receive your name, email address, job title, phone number, company name, and location. When you use the service we collect invoice documents and their extracted data, usage data (invoice counts, timestamps), and session activity (login times, session duration).
We use your information to operate and improve Gladyce AI, process your invoices and submit them to Autodesk ACC, manage your subscription and billing, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your uploaded invoice data to train or improve AI models — it is used strictly for the extraction and matching task you initiate.
We share data with trusted third parties only as necessary to provide the service:
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Invoice history is retained for a minimum of 24 months from the date of processing. We understand that construction projects may be subject to extended audit periods and statutes of repose (e.g., up to 10 years in Texas) — if you require retention beyond 24 months, contact us at [email protected] to arrange extended retention. Accounts with no login activity for 36 consecutive months may be considered dormant; we will send a notice to the email on file before taking any action on dormant accounts. Upon account closure, you have 30 days to request a copy of your data before permanent deletion.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure session management, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Our servers are located in the United States. If you access the service from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US. By using Gladyce AI you consent to this transfer.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
Gladyce AI is intended for business use only and is not directed at anyone under the age of 18.
